Create an external & internal guide which outlines key service areas, activities, and contacts for each program and service centre across CFY.
Create internal communications plans and schedules to effectively share program information among staff.

Invest in storytelling (e.g. high-quality video, youth storytelling) to share impact beyond the numbers.

Officially launch the Neighborhood Collective to support the scaling of the Neighborhood model in partnership with other non-profits.
